And now onto the Questions for this week:

1. At a certain moment, Echo tells Noah that she feels safe with him. Echo thinks that because of this comforting feeling, she may be able to finally have a full night of peaceful sleep. Why do you think it is important for Echo to feel Safe? and why no one else but Noah has been able to provide this to Echo?
Echo, in a subconscious level, is always afraid to experience something that may hurt her again. Her nightmare/flashbacks and the fact that she hasn't have a full night of sleep, is due to the fear and PTSD she developed after the dramatic episode her mind cannot remember anymore. And as for why is Noah the only one able to provide this feeling of security to Echo... well.... they have both going through very difficult life situations, both of them feel somehow forlorn and desperate, and both of them, through all their struggles, have become more than friends. They have clearly developed a connection and a sense of belonging that encourage them to keep going and fight for what they want.

2. Beth, Noah's friend, also have a very complex life situation. plus she also do drugs. However, what grabs my attention is her mean behavior towards Echo. Why do you think Beth hate/dislikes Echo so much?
This is hard to answer because Beth is so emotionally unstable that it could be due to many reasons or none at all. I think Beth somehow doesn't want to be replace. She has Noah and Isaiah as friend and they a hard life without parents together. The fact that Echo is now part of Noah's life means that another girl is being integrated into her friend's life. But I also think that due to drug use and lack of parents love, she may be just a bully who doesn't like Echo because she is the outcast of school.

3.  At some point, we finally get to know how Noah's parents died at the fire and how it started. Unfortunately, this is something that has happened before. What tips to avoid a fire (specially when there are kids at home) do you now about? List a few! recommendations to avoid tragedies are very valuable. :)
1. Have a fire alarm. Those one that makes the horrible noise every time you overcook something. They are noisy but totally worth it!
2. Inspect your home before going to sleep (specially the kitchen or gas installations.
3. If you are a smoker, always pay attention that you turn them off properly!
4. Educate your children and make them aware of the danger of fire and how to avoid it.
5. There are so many more things and I found a great link HERE with pics and everything that helps to prevent fires at home:) go check it out!

4. Echo finally discovers more about what really happened to her the day she got her scars at her mother's place. Unfortunately, this also involved Echo's father and Ashley. What do you think about them and to what point do you think it makes them responsible to what happened to Echo?
Wow... it does make them responsible to a certain point. I dont like Ashley and I never will. And for Echo's father... well... he was just very stupid, like VERY stupid to stay with Ashley while he KNEW that his daughter was with a troubled woman. He was not supposed to leave Echo at her mother's place for such a long time, but he still decided to stay with Ashley a while longer even knowing that his ex wife was mentally unstable. However, none new that something SO terrible would ever happen. We never expect bad things to happen, so of course, it was never no one's intention for Echo to go through what she went for.

5. On p.303 (from arc) Echo said to Noah: "I love you...[y]ou love your brothers more. I'm okay with that. In fact, it's one of the things I love about you. You were right the other day. I do want to be part of a family. But I'd never forgive myself if I was the reason you didn't get yours... I love you enough to never make you choose."  What do you think of Echo's decision to break up with Noah? What does it mean to you?
For me, this decision was the perfect and most pure demonstration and definition of love. Echo loves Noah so much, that she cares more about him and his brothers than her own happiness. Her love is pure and selfless.

I totally agree with your answer to the last question! Echo's love for Noah WAS pure, and his eventually became that way, too. Also I loved that she felt safe with him, and I think Beth is VERY afraid of the few people she's close to replacing her.

Yay another Ashley hater! lol I understand that she may not mean to be a completely clueless, immature idiot, but the face is that she is. lol I just will never like her either. She is a good babysitter, not a good step parent.

Great answers to everything else as well, agree or had similar answers =D

Reading other people's answers makes me go back and re-write mine because I've forgotten some important part, but if I do that I'll have to write an essay for every answer... There is just so much to say about everything.. We have similar views for some of the questions.... Great answers.

I agree with Martina about wanting to rewrite my answers after reading others', haha. I made it a point to not read any answers until after I write mine so they aren't influenced. I agree with your answers and I love the love Echo has for Noah to be able to make that kind of choice.

After about 2-3 minutes, remove the cookie from the pan back to the cooling rack by itself to completely cool and set. This is bad news for democracy. These so-called farms are simply propaganda speak which instill a Norman Rockwell vision of the family farm.
